These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Nghia Tran (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at nghia.tech and related domains. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at hi@nghia.tech if you suspect unauthorised use.

Some Services are offered on paid plans described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Services, including their software, design, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
