/ 01Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the cycle you choose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
/ 02Changes & cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hi@nghia.tech. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. We may change prices from time to time; if a change affects your active subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
/ 03Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Your use of any paid plan is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
